Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer

Sterling Jawitz is the CEO and Managing Partner of VisionaRE Partners, LLC. Prior to starting VisionaRE Partners, Sterling served as the Head of Real Estate Capital at Common Living Inc. (“Common”). Sterling was in charge of developing and maintaining relationships with sources of equity capital interested in investing in Common development projects. As the first employee of Common, Sterling has previously held positions as Head of Real Estate Acquisitions and Head of Real Estate Partnerships focusing on real estate acquisitions, real estate strategy as well as project specific analysis.

Partner & Head of Real Estate Acquisitions

Sam Adler has been an active influencer in the real estate community for the past seven years. Prior to VisionaRE Partners, Sam was the Director of Acquisitions at Common Living Inc., where he ran the company’s Tri-State and Washington, DC expansions. Before joining Common as the sixth employee, Sam worked as a commercial leasing broker at Lee & Associates, NYC., where he focused on office brokerage as well as Senior Housing and Health Care.
